SQL Hybrid BA/Developer - with testing experienceSQL business analyst with a strong delivery and change improvement background and testing is required by one of my investment banking clients based in London. This banking client of mine has a growing demand to bring on motivated individuals who will be gathering requirements directly from the business and performing SQL RAD development where necessary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hybrid SQL RAD developer/BA to work for a very strong banking client based in London. As the hybrid SQL RAD BA you will be required to work closely with the business to gather requirements, use broad business and divisional knowledge to consider the impact on other processes and additional testing needs, implement the overall test approach and plan the overall test delivery as well as performing ETL techniques.
My clients IT Team is structured to provide efficient solutions for the business and their flow of data, therefore a previous background of investment banking would be highly beneficial. This team will require you to extract transact and load data from their internal databases that range from SQL to Oracle.
This is a contract position with the current market rates at £550pd.
Essential skills:
- Strong SQL delivery and change and improvement background
- Proven experience of SQL development experience using ETL processes
- Ability to work with various business users, stakeholder management, IT teams and other internal teams.
- Investment banking background is a Mandatory requirement for this position.
- Ability to provide test inputs to requirements and design workshops.
