I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a permanent role to be based in Chelmsford for a client in the Offshore Energy Market.The client are a major contractor in the Offshore Submarine cable industry.
The client are looking for candidates to be based in their Chelmsford Office on a permanent basis with the role paying a highly competitive salary and benefits.
The client are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
- Some formal Legal or contract management training preferred but not essential as is experience of working in the offshore Energy sector.
- Record of successful drafting, negotiation and management of high-value contract in a related industry (submarine cable, offshore or construction industry)
- Able to cope with pressure of working to tight deadlines, strong co-ordination and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to challenge convention and explore all avenues to meet customer expectations of technology and budget
