Salesforce / 6 Month Contract / Banking / Central LondonI am looking for a Salesforce Developer with ideally finance experience for my client based in central London to join their expanding team.
Job Purpose Statement:
My client needs a Salesforce Developer to deliver the group's new, mostly green field Salesforce platform and other future developments on the platform following the 'Agile' practices of the team. This person will be heavily involved in developing and deploying the Global CRM, Intranet, Collaboration and other services across the global business under the guidance of a Salesforce Architect and alongside other team members.
A salesforce developer will be expected to maintain high levels of quality in their work and deliver within timescales they agree to. They should be able to organise their own work, understand development SDLC and know how to test and release their work. The person will also be comfortable documenting and discussing challenges with stakeholders and sharing knowledge in the team.
Essential:
- 4+ year Salesforce Technical Development experience
- Experience in developing multi-org/multi-division Salesforce solutions
- SDLC experience in an active hands-on role of developing, testing and release
- CRM, Communities, Salesforce Applications roll out experience across multiple orgs
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Insurance / financial services - Ideally experience in the London insurance market.
- Working with offshore / 3rd party development team members
- Advanced Developer certifications
- Knowledge of Integration and data migration
Key Technical Skills:
- Java and related technologies (C#/.NET beneficial extra)
- Web Development - HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript
- JavaScript Frameworks - JQuery, Angualar
- Apex, Visualforce, API, SOQL and related
- Web Services and Integration - SOAP, REST, XML other
- ECLIPSE and other IDE experience
- TFS/GIT
- Mobile Heroku/Salesforce 1 and other mobile development - desirable
