Operational Risk Manager - ICAAP
An OpRisk manager is required to embed a risk framework further into the firm. They will have ownership of the ICAAP and ensure it's development as well as enhancing the scenarios of opRisk Basel II quantification.
Furthermore, creating risk appetite and capturing relevant KRI's (and identifying new ones) which can be used to assess risk.
Imperatives:
- A background in retail banking or mortgages
- Strong understanding of Basel II Ops Risk Standardised methodologies and principles
- Experience of developing ICAAP
- Understanding of BCP principles
- Long track record of operational risk management methodologies and principles
- Stakeholder engagement
