Manning Global, is urgently looking for a RAN Expert for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Istanbul on a Contract basis.

Main Responsibilities
Resolve Chronic Problems of the Network with an End to End approach
Resolve Technical Problems escalated from L2 Operations
Work with Internal Customers to meet their requirements, make recommendations for solutions,help
project integration, and pioneer about new technologies.
Perform technical audits to find out network defects/problems in a proactive way
Generate bestpractices
and a solution knowledge base,Transfer Information and Competence through presentation meetings and technical trainings
Taking/Suggesting actions to improve KPIs and Process
Work closely with all internal customers, play a supportive role to add a value
Vendor Contact and Evaluation for escalated technical problems
Proactively assesses potential items of risks and opportunities
Technical Skills
Extensive handson experience implementation, troubleshooting and technical support of Ericsson BSC and RNCs:EVO,3810 and 3820, (NSN Flexi BSC experience will be a plus). This includes handson
operation of management tools and network analyzers.
Good Understanding of 3GPP Specifications, BSSAP and RANAP protocols
Able to monitor messages and troubleshoot the problems on the following interfaces; IuCS,IuPS,Gb, Air, A, Abis and Iub (S1U, S1MME, X2,Uu will be a plus)
Have a vision on LTE, LTE Advanced and also femtocell
Professional Level Microsoft Office Packet Usage plus various Scripting skills.
