Fund Administration Business Analyst required for a large bank based in Luxembourg
Mandatory:
Fund Administration experience of 3 years minimum
Multifonds would be a plus
* Collect and understand the business issues and needs
* Propose functional and technical solutions, including internal processes improvements
* Translate the business requirements into functional specifications which include system design elements and detailed test plans for the proposed solution
* Manage and assist offshore resources on functional and technical aspects
* Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts
* Manage change requests related to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are maintained
* On a weekly basis, provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
* Communicate effectively and facilitate team interaction
* Ensure that the appropriate documentation is made available for the end user and IT Support
Knowledge over Oracle/Unix/Linux development environment using a standard interface tool such as Toad or SQL*Plus - Java knowledge would be an asset
* Proven record of analysis work on medium to large projects, with a minimum of two years related experience
* Proven record in specification writing and software development
* Good understanding of the banking sector, particularly Fund Administration and Middle Office
