Global Communications Lead - Procurement - HSBC
HSBC is currently looking for a Global communications lead to refine and lead the implementation of a global transformation communications strategy for a Function in HSBC, Global Procurement.
The Programme is the Development of a Global Transformation communications strategy and approach, planning and implementation - it is g lobal in nature with implementation taking place across all three Group regions (Asia-Pacific, EMEA and Americas) and impacting across the bank. The Programme impacts change in ways of working for all employees in the Function, globally - as well as HSBC-wide audiences.
Essential Skills and Experience required:
- Highly skilled in implementing large global complex change, merger, integration type projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills at most senior level
- Global experience
- Experience working with procurement functions and landing procurement change
- Internal communications but some external media/regulator knowledge an advantage
- Experience in Financial Services
