Your tasks:
- Develop scientific communications material ranging from abstracts to posters and videos
- Knowldedge of systems biology and big data analysis
- Engage with scientific stakeholders across the globe (through travel and electronic conferencing)
- Take accountability for annotation of data such as transcriptomics (gene expression profiles and contrasts, proteomics (proteins abundance profile and contrasts), histopathological data (images) and DNA methylation (DNA methylation levels/methylated DNA sequences)
- Provide support with website design using HTML and Drupal
Your qualifications
- PhD in molecular biology, toxicology, bioinformatics or systems biology
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, responsive and able to multi-task
- Knowledge of the sbv IMPROVER project
- Post-doctoral experience
- Industrial experience in a large project
- Experience in external communications
- Good publication record
- Project management experience
- Highly skilled in Adobe Suite applications
