Financial Accounting Expert with SAP skills to work for a major Logistics company in Delft.

Job description.

To conduct all settlements by monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and prepared and presented the reports to Headquarters.
Prepare financial statements, including on profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow in compliance with IFRS & Dutch GAAP.
Support internal and external audit procedures by providing necessary financial data.
Head overall accounting system process, including AR, AP, bank reconciliation, settlement, and others.
Establish and analyze actual budget fluctuations to ensure the soundness of financial results.
Supervise the settlement of logistics cost over logistics system and SAP interface.
Manage the wage tax return, Dutch VAT return and corporation income tax.
Handle acquisition, disposal and depreciation of fixed asset.
Take in charge of general administration and HR, including setting and handling pension, Health insurance, HR regulation, payroll, recruitment and expat's affairs.
Responds to ad hoc queries from the Headquarters and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial matters, special reporting requests and the like.

Education:
Specific knowledge: Bachelor degree.

Extensive experiences in finance and accounting and preference of a qualified accountant.
Experience: 4~5 years.
Speaking and writing fluently in English and Dutch.
Experience with ERP system (SAP).
International experience.
Effective correspondence with members and clients and Highly regarded as a team player.
Proficient in using office applications, including MS Office and other software applications.

Technical Skills

Financial Background - Financial Accounting Experience, (Routine-Works).
Financial Closing Experience.
Experience in Audit / Taxation (at least 3 years).
SAP Experience (FI/CO).

Speciality

Double Entry/Financial Analysis.
Accounting Standard.
(IFRS & Local GAAP).
Understanding of Local Taxes.
(Type of Taxation, Percentage and Etc.)
