ECM Analyst (Contractor)
12 Month Contract
£180 - £200 / Day
Liverpool

An opportunity has arisen for a Contract ECM Analyst. The main purpose of the role is to work with system requests from the core businesses / functions to design and implement standardised ECM applications in line with the requests functional requirements.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

* Ensure Health, Safety and Quality is at the core of everything done in the workplace.
* Work with business requests to understand functional requirements for Enterprise Content Management solutions
* Design, build, document and test ECM Systems using Microsoft Share Point 2010 and other standard content management systems in use.
* Support the Business in the use of ECM systems that have been delivered by the ECM team
* Identify opportunities to standardise solutions onto core ECM platforms

Key Technical Skills:

* Microsoft core Operating Systems (Windows 7 and Server 2008)
* Microsoft IIS 7.0 and MS SQL 2008
* Microsoft Share Point 2010
* Understanding and experience of web technologies such as
o CSS
o Master pages
o ASP.net
o Javascript

Applicants are not expected to have all of the technical skills listed but would be expected to be able to learn these skills in a short period of time and should therefore be able to demonstrate equivalent technical and learning abilities.
Applicants must possess a strong understanding of business concepts, a results oriented and analytical approach and the ability to quickly learn and exploit technology. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The successful candidate will be a good team worker and also be able to take responsibility for achieving personal tasks.
