Our client is a Private Equity house.
The Interim Assignment
Green Park is partnering our client with their portfolio and own business. With the current options of deals upon the table, they require the assistance of an Interim Corporate Finance and Strategy Consultant. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the current deal pipeline and MA/corporate finance work for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The Interim Manager
You will be at Senior Manager/Associate Director level as a minimum. You must be able to display an abundance of previous experience in either private equity or high net worth, family wealth exposure from either a Big 4 services firm or top tier Management Consultancy. Our clients portfolio is predominantly services, retail or wider consumer however we will consider backgrounds across a wide range of corporate finance. We will only consider applications with an abundance of relevant experience, we cannot consider applications from outside corporate finance. MBA's from top tier institutions will be given preference.
