Our client is one of the biggest Russian retail chain (totally more than 500 stores) looking for CEO, foreign specialist, mainly from Europe, preferably Germany, for managing supermarket chain, more than 30 stores.Main Responsibilities
Development and execution of strategic plan for steady sales growth, business development and ambitious goals achievement;
Managing marketing strategy and the product range;
Expansion of the existing retail network and development of new regions of the Russian Federation;
Responsibility for the budget execution;
Analysis of the effectiveness and mail business KPIs (profitability and other financial ratios);
Performance management: setting goals, monitoring and results assessment;
Reporting line to the owner of the company
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Master Degree preferably;
Experience in a related position 3-6 years;
Successful experience in the position of Operations or Commercial Director 3 years;
Excellent understanding of business processes;
Successful management experience (management company of more than 1000 employees);
Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and team management;
Ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing situation;
English language – fluent.
