Description
A Web Development Project Manager is required to join a client based in York for an initial 3 month contract. The Web Development Project Manager will be tasked with managing a web redevelopment project and driving current content and security for the company. They will also be responsible for managing some of the workload of the incumbent permanent Web Development Manager.This role sits within the Digital Communications team and as such any previous experience in this area would be highly beneficial. (Multi-channel marketing, media)
The essential skills for the Web Development Project Manager are as follows:
- 3 + years experience in a content managed environment with core web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills are required as you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience working in a digital communications or marketing team where multichannel communication strategies were employed.
- Good knowledge of CSS, HTML and Javascript
- Drupal 6 experience (preferable).
- Knowledge of information architecture and user experience principals.
