Description
My client, a leading global IT managed services provider require a Financials and Administration Analyst for a 3 month rolling contract based in the City.
The role is for an analyst with cost management experience (preferably within an Information Technology Business Management function), to assist the Europe and Asia Business Manager with the Financial management for the department.
Skills Required
- Strong computer skills and comfort manipulating data in Microsoft Excel to produce pivot tables & charts
- Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- A good level of numeracy is essential
- Previous experience in Cost Management is essential, preferably within an IT department

- Headcount Management
- Review & reporting of Actuals
- Forecasting
- Project Financials
- Cost Allocations
- Telecom invoice processing
- Documentation of processes
- Process Improvements and globalisation of processes
- Monthly reporting on actual spend v plan/forecast
- Handing of financial processes such as planning, accruals, prepayments, etc is required.
