Recruitment Administrator
Market Rate (initial 3 months)

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator for a Fortune 500 company based in Gloucester.
The ideal Recruitment Administrator will have experience at being admin support for recruitment activities, (ie arranging interviews, sending out correspondence, invoices etc)
What we are looking for
* Recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house role. Ideally you will have recruited IT/Technology candidates, although this is not essential.
* Customer facing skills - ability to build relationships with (senior) line managers.
* Attention to detail, with experience in working with Excel.
* Ideally educated to degree level (in any discipline).
What you will be doing
* Organise and manage interview diaries, with Recruiting Managers, recruitment agencies and candidates.
* Meet headcount requirements set by the relevant business unit, by delivering excellent recruitment service.
* Accurately produce management information reports on candidate pipeline and help present the information to recruiting managers on a weekly basis.
* Proactively suggest improvements in recruitment process.
* Coordinate collation of relevant information for new starters, eg reference checks.
