Green Park is partnering a well know financial services institution who are looking for a capable qualified accountant at financial controller level to prepare for the year end, produce the final end of year statutory accounts and the pack. This is an opportunity to join a team of high calibre individuals on a clearly defined interim assignment.
The Interim Assignment
The Interim Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Producing the year end accounts including all the commentary
Regulatory and statutory accounts
Preparation for the year end
Managing a small team
Preparation of annual statutory accounts
The Interim Manager
The successful Interim Financial Controller must:
Be a qualified accountant
Enjoy producing the statutory and financial accounts
Have produced the published year end accounts and completed all the commentary
Have strong interpersonal skills to manage a group of challenging stakeholders
You must have Financial Services experience.
They client would ideally like an immediate start but would wait for the right person if they were on a notice period of two weeks or less.
