Working within the Safety and Sustainable Development function Our client urgently requires an Occupational Health Specialist to be responsible for setting the organisational vision and strategy for occupational health and wellbeing
The Occupational Health Specialist role is responsible for developing policies and processes relating to occupational health hazards, such as hand arm vibration, noise at work, drugs and alcohol and others.
The key requirements of this role are:
1.Develop organisational policies and processes to significantly and radically improve management of occupational health hazards
2.Scope, implement and successfully manage to completion a range of occupational health projects
3.Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
4.Provide expert guidance related to occupational health management to the Head of Health and Wellness Strategy
