A leading name in Telecoms requires a Channel Services Associate who has a telecoms background.
The candidate will be responsible for driving maintenance and operations services revenue growth through customers and/or channel partners. Aligns on partners services Go-To-Market Strategy by leveraging programs, tools, and offers applicable to assigned customers and/or partner.
Managing client relationships at the executive level, Driving improvement in customer/partner renewal rates through the implementation of best practices, tools, programs and promotions. Deploying new maintenance and operations services offers. Conducting weekly funnel reviews and interacts with supervisor as needed. The role may reside at headquarters of customer/partner they support and may require around 10-30 percent travel time. They would be reporting directly to Country Services managers in their respective regions.
Providing solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex issues which has direct impact on the business. Typically 2-5 years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's degree. Understanding of complete sales cycle in the services business. Fluency in written and verbal English. Ability to work under pressure and tough timelines.
