Operational Risk Manager - Basel II/ICAAP
An Operational Risk manager is required to develop a financial services firm's risk management framework, have ownership of ICAAP calculations and enhance the scenarios for operational risk basel II quantification.
Creating risk appetite and capturing relevant KRI's (and identifying new ones) which can be used to assess risk are all key essentials to this role.
Imperatives:
- A background in retail banking or mortgages
- Strong understanding of Basel II Ops Risk Standardised methodologies and principles
- Experience of developing ICAAP
- Understanding of BCP principles
- Long track record of operational risk management methodologies and principles
- Stakeholder engagement
