Role: PA to Programme Director
Duration: Initial 6 months Contract
Location: Birmingham
An exciting opportunity has become available to be part of a major construction project in the Midlands.
My Client is looking for a PA to support the Programme Director on an initial 6 months basis but due to the length of the project this could be extended.
Essential Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience of working within Construction & Rail Organisations is essential
- Experience of supporting senior directors
- Experience of diary management, booking travel arrangements and organising of meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional and well presented
