Glasgow: Business Analyst - £400 to £440 per day.
EA Consulting's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
The programme is currently being mobilised to look at the bank's SWIFT Payments. The programme was Created in response to the required changed for ISO standard (9362) used by SWIFT for the Business Identifier Code (BIC). The revision removes reference to the SWIFT convention (BIC1) of indicating whether or not a BIC has a SWIFT network connectivity, in the revised BIC standard no meaning is attached to the BIC1 character. This change will impact SWIFT users with transition activities starting in January 2015 and ending in November 2018
Experience required:
- Takes a structured approach with strong stakeholder management skills,
- Understands risk framework and groups values.
- Domain Knowledge and advice and detailed understanding of SWIFT payments environment
- Proven experience in driving milestones against plan
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience of working in a small team and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to understand project objectives and deliverable quickly
