Service Management Consultant/Business Analyst - Networks & Remedy Tools (S20)
Our client is major Financial Services & Banking organisation and there us an i mmediate opportunity for Service Management Consultant/Business Analyst with strong background in Remedy to join their team.
Your role will be to work with the Data Network Projects Team and their Telco providers to stream line the Service Management processes, work through changes which are required by the Project Team to better help deliver projects and Service Management using Remedy tools. As the systems have already been implemented a deep technical understanding is not required however you will need able to engage with the business and understand what changes need to be made, pass requirements to development teams and assist in UAT etc.
Responsibilities
- Finalise process and functional requirements documentation
- Engage process owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and accepted
- Manage a phased ITSM/ITIL system changes through multiple iterations
- Facilitate education and training programmes across the business
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role
- ITIL V3 certification
- Demonstrated experience working in complex ITC Service Management systems BMC Remedy, etc.
- Project management experience
- ITSM implementation experience ideal
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding requirements gathering and specification writing/documentation skills
