Description
Description:- The candidate will be working with the marketing department.
- Manage the process of transferring assets from one asset library to another
- Optimize use of brand asset management platform by agencies, external partners, and employees by setting measurable adoption/usage goals and tracking
- Manage access & security rights for internal & external users
- Develop and drive overall user education & adoption strategy
- Create quarterly budget estimates with the brand team
- Manage the PO process in the finance system, including the accrual process at month end
- Close coordination with Finance to track monthly spend
- Work with brand team to manage internal design requests and brand approvals
- Work on multiple projects at once while adhering to creative direction, technical specifications, brand identity and meeting tight deadlines.
- Prioritize and re-prioritize projects and manage revision cycle.
- Check and approve creative/production materials and coordinate brand team approval
