Job description:
As a service manager you giving your support to the ICT Process manager expert (Incident & release management)
You are in charge to establish, document, implement, maintain and improve the service management process.
You guaranty the SM process performance in term of effectivity and efficiency in accordance with the objectives.
You anchor the process and best practice within the organisation.
You assist the writing of process documentation, training documentation, tool specification,
You monitor the quality of SM process in term of performance and appropriate used.
You contribute to qualify performance and improvement objectives.
