Web Server & Linux Systems Administration/Release Engineer - Brussels
Function
- Automate and perform software deployment
- Administration and maintenance of development and test infrastructure
- The installation and management of the system tools and supporting software services needed to support the applications.
- The operational management of applications.
- Documenting all the specific settings of their parameters + all changes complement
- Full time at customer center in Brussels Able to work to strict deadlines Willingness to work weekends (currently four major releases per year) Prepared to rotate in shifts 7-19h Prepared to rotate in 24/7 wait
Requirements
must haves
- Expert in Web Server (Apache)
- Expert in Web Application Server (Tomcat, Weblogic)
- Expert in Linux OS (SLES 11)
- Expert in Scripting
- Knowledge of monitoring (Nagios, Icinga)
- Knowledge of Puppet and related tools
- Knowledge of VMware
- Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, fgds)
- Knowledge of Elise
- Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management)
