Description
I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Head of Medical Staffing and Resourcing role for a Trust in the East of England. In this position you be managing and delivering specialist Medical Workforce projects requested by the Assistant Director.You will be responsible with providing effective leadership and management to the Medical Workforce and Resourcing Teams while ensuring the provision of efficient, effective and professional service across the Trust.
Key Skills:
- Must have highly specialised knowledge with regards to issues recruitment techniques and medical employment terms and conditions
- Experience of working in Medical Workforce management in a large complex Acute Trust
- Expert knowledge of consultant contract and EWTD
- Experience of using and interrogating databases including ESR and E-rostering systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership direction to the Medical Workforce Team, whilst managing a prompt, responsive, comprehensive professional HR service delivered to all stakeholders
- Give expert advice on people management issues through Medical Workforce Team including job planning, contracts, recruitment, training requirements, revalidation and terms and conditions of employment and legislative requirements
This position is for 3-6 months paying a competitive day rate.
