Solvency Reporting/Financial Reporting Manager

My client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for Solvency Reporting/Financial Reporting Manager within the Insurance Reporting Service Centre ("RSC").

Role overview

RSC is responsible for the production and presentation of all statutory and regulatory reporting for the legal entities that comprise the Insurance Division. The RSC is involved in the production of budgets and forecasts, capital and solvency reporting, accounting judgments (eg provisions) support of strategic projects and the provision of ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the statutory and regulatory reporting, capital and solvency reporting and provision of reporting/analytical support to a number of GI and RegCo entities. The role may act as a deputy to the Senior Finance Manager and may supervise and support more junior members of the GI and RegCo team as well as acting as a contact point for the Financial Reporting and Commercial Directors. The role will interact with a number of Insurance Finance and business teams including Actuarial, Commercial, Change, Management Reporting, Operations and Capital and Investments.

Deliver quarterly/annual statutory accounts.Deliver month end close and associated reporting. Deliver group/GDRS reporting.Deliver solvency/capital reporting and analysis including Solvency II and ICA+.Deliver regulatory (EIOPA, PRA, FCA) and statistical (ABI,ONS) reporting.Deliver solvency and capital attribution/analysis.
