CPE Test Engineer
Key skills:
- Experience in technology areas: TCP/IP, IPv6, WiFi, SIP, TR69, SNMP, IPv4 and IPv6 Multicasting (IGMP, MLD), Firewall/Security, IPsec, VPN
- Experience in xDSL and/or Cable Modem Integration Testing (Digital TV Operator specific testing)
- Experience in Test Execution using CMTS & other network equipment
- Fluent, clear and well analyzed Bug Reporting
- Fluent, clear & professional Test Result Reporting (Technical & Management)
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
- Experience with test automation is a plus (Selenium, SOAPUI, Spirent, )
- Experience in Testing Theory is a plus
- Experience or knowledge with the Instruments/tools is a plus: Data traffic Generator (eg Ixia, Anritsu, Spirent), Voice traffic Generator (eg Abacus ), Network Emulator etc.
- User or Advanced experience with Linux Operating System is a plus
Your tasks will consist of:
- Test Execution in the area of CPE Routers & gateways
- Test Execution of operator specific product requirements & network integration CPE Routers/gateways
- Using Network Monitoring & Test Tools
- Bug reporting & retesting
- Test Result Reporting (Technical & Management)
- Coaching/training of junior test engineers
