Project Details: An incredible opportunity has arisen at a large and ambitious education institution. One of the largest faculties within the establishment has a requirement for a management professional to provide strategic leadership on an interim basis while they aim to improve stu experience. This individual will work in collaboration with academic staff while playing a key role in developing a strategic plan for the faculty over the next number of years.As Faculty Operations Manager you will be expected to have knowledge in the following areas:
- University governance structures
- University enrolment and admissions
- Change Management
- Developing TOMs (Target Operating Model)
- Academic Stakeholder Management
