Senior Quantity Surveyor/Construction/Commercial/Retail

GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist with the design and build of commercial, retail and mixed-use projects across the North West with values of up to £50 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, award-winning contractor who operate at the forefront of the construction industry.
You will take on the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, onsite, where you will manage the day to day running of the Design and Build stages of the project. You will report directly to the Project Director.
Key Duties:
- Cost planning
- Cost Management and reporting
- Tender documentation
- Bills of Quantities
- Contract admin
- Liaising with sub-contractors
It would also be highly advantageous if you have a background in working with the main contractors.
