Principal Job Description:
Interface between the MVNO and the supplier of the BSS and Core Network
Based on the MVNO’s ambition and following the out of the box capabilities of the supplier BSS platform you formulate the functional demand (business processes, functionality, technology) for an end to end, integrated, BSS solution.
Engage with the MNVO business stakeholders and steer and educate them on deploying standard industry MVNO business processes.
Basic Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Profound, demonstrable Mobile Telecommunication industry knowledge: you feel comfortable with business processes and technology;
Affinity with IT and core network technology is a must.
Deep understanding of, and hands-on experience with, mobile operator business processes in multiple disciplines (e.g. Sales, Care, Revenue Management, International Roaming, Network Resource Management)
Experienced with BSS and mobile networks.
Generalist with the ability to understand details. You can focus on the big picture without getting lost in detail. You can push back on client demand that is jeopardizing the primary goal of launching a full MVNO business within challenging timescales.
Focused and goal oriented. Getting things done attitude.
Mover and shaker: Ability to think outside the box and can act beyond established ways of working to get things done.
Can make sound and to the point proposals and has strong skills to convince others
Can lead the way. Does not wait for others to be told what to do.
Fluent in English.
