For a project (3 months with continuation option up to 6 months) at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for aGerman Speaking Senior Business Strategy Consultant in Banking (2367)
In this role you support the CPO (Central Project Office) management team in the implementation of the CPO strategy which includes the following matters:
• Definition and implementation of overall collaboration model and overall project governance (from demand to delivery)
• Definition and implementation of portfolio management
• Definition and implementation of budgeting and project charging model
• Improvement and establishment of business consulting services
• Optimization of external hiring process and external staff management
• Different tasks like communication, change management etc.
To fulfill these tasks you have the following qualification/experience:
• University/FH/Master degree
• At least 10 years of experience in banking / financial industry, therefore at least 5 years of experience on higher management level (i.e. line manager or consultant)
• High capability to present complex topics adequate for the needs of senior management, experience in preparing presentations on that level (powerpoint).
• Excellent knowhow and experience in implementation of strategies in at least two of the following knowledge areas:
o collaboration models
o project portfolio management
o project governance
o controlling/budgeting/charging models
• Know-how and experience in project management and PMO matters
• Know-how and experience in business analysis and consulting
• Fluent in English and German
