Salesforce.com Administrator -Annapolis, Maryland- $40-$60 Per Hour
My client is seeking an experienced Saleforce.com Administrator for their new location in the Annapolis area. As a Salesforce.com Administrator you will be responsible for supporting end users in their implementations within the financial industry. This client is offering very competitive rates based off of experience and is looking for someone to start as soon as possible!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support of vendor applications and custom software development
- Data management and validation
- User and profile management
- Campaign management
- Writing specifications
- Troubleshooting
- Quality assurance
- Test design and execution
- Report Development and dashboard creation
- User acceptability testing
Essential skills and requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in Salesforce processes and operations especially with campaigns
- Knowledge on how to configure work flows and case assignments is a plus
- Technical and data analysis skills
- Experience in Informatica and/or Jaspersoft is a plus
