ServiceNow Consultant ServiceNow Specialist ServiceNowCLIENT Major Industry Leader
ROLE ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible in leading implementation projects in ITSM area. ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for developing/administrating technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department. ServiceNow specialist will be advising on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes. ServiceNow Specialist will apply innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues. This is a 3 4 months contract which will be very likely to be extended, starting in November.
CANDIDATE ServiceNow Consultant must have experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ITSM solution on ServiceNow BMC Remedy platform in medium or large organisations. ServiceNow specialist must have exposure to ITIL process definition, integration solutions, architecture level configurations, converting business requirements into technical solutions. ServiceNow Consultant should have good practices on web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilising the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users. ServiceNow specialist must have experience ServiceNow custom application design and development experience. ServiceNow Consultant must speak fluent English.
RATE - Rate payable for this role is a range of between EUR 50 per hour EUR 55 per hour with all the skills and experience necessary.
