Data Backup & Recovery Analyst - Tivoli Storage Manager, Microsoft Enterprise Vault, Axs-One - Birmingham
Square One are looking for a Data Backup & Recovery Analyst who will perform and assist in the recovery of data through various data sources, whether it is tape backup (Tivoli Storage Manager), HP Autonomy's Digital Safe, Actiance's Vantage platform, Axs-One, and Microsoft Enterprise Vault
This will be an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend based in the centre of Birmingham.
Skills Required:
Managing day-to-day workload of assigned data recovery tasks through internal workflow tool.
Perform searches against the variety of data sources.
Assist in the recovery of data through various data sources, whether it is tape backup (Tivoli Storage Manager), HP Autonomy's Digital Safe, Actiance's Vantage platform, Axs-One, and Microsoft Enterprise Vault.
Attention to detail is critical as the data set provided to our requestors must be complete.
Work Experience:
1-3 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:
Microsoft Enterprise Vault, Axs-One, Actiance's Vantage, Tivoli Storage Manager
And hands-on knowledge of
Desktop support or Remote support
Key Personal Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organization and prioritisation skills
This is an initial 3 month contract role based in the centre of Birmingham looking to start on the 10th November 2014 paying market rates.
