OPERATIONS ANALYST - BANKING
Chester - 5 Months
Responsibilities
* Ensuring Bank of America Merrill Lynch receives fully completed affirmations on all transaction within a given time frame
* Fed Targets are met and Management kept informed.
* Daily involvement with traders and trade support, monitoring systems, verifying the booking of trades and ensuring control procedures are adhered to.
* Monitor and control the number of outstanding unaffirmed trades. Each specialist is assigned a number of clients that he/she is responsible for ensuring affirmations are sent and received
* Point of contact for any incoming affirmations requests.
* Liaising with other areas of Operations to ensure accurate capture of data and resolve discrepancies which clients may have.
* Working as part of a team to meet daily deadlines
