One of our larger Swiss clients has opened up a position for us to find candidates for. The company are a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, who develop and manufacture drug products that are sold in over 80 countries around the world.They are currently looking for a Senior QA Manager.
Within the role of Senior QA Manager you will be appointed as the Qualified Person or FVP for the site and will have supervision of the entire manufacturing process standards according to GxP requirements. You will also be required to ensure compliance with the company's internal SOP's and to ensure timely and compliant financial statements around and deviations, complaints and audit observations.
In addition you will be required to lead. The current team in place could benefit from the experience of a manager who has lead groups of individuals in the past. Although they are a very competent team, without that leadership present there are always small inefficiencies, as there would be in any organisation or team. So proven leadership is a very important part of the role.
Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience within QA in the pharmaceutical or the biotechnology industry, and have graduated university with a life sciences degree. Previous experience as a responsible person is a plus, and you need to be fluent in both German and English.
