Our client, a renowned Management Consultancy currently requires a Senior Business Analyst to join their FS/Banking/Capital Markets. The Business Analyst Specialist will have extensive experience of reviewing business requirements, driving the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and will have a solid background in Financial Services.
They have won a number of projects with leading organisations in the FS/Banking/Capital Market sectors and so the successful Senior Business Analyst will be exposed to a variety of exciting projects and programmes in the FS/Banking/Capital Markets.
The Senior Business Analyst should have excellent knowledge of business analysis methods/tools, the ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs/requirements and equally be able to work in a fast paced environment.
This is a client facing role so the Senior Business Analyst should have excellent stakeholder management experience and be able to lead and coach people at all levels.
