C# MVC Javascript Developer - Manchester - £300 to £325 - 6 monthsI am working with a leading company in Manchester City Centre that are looking for a Web Developer to work in their Manchester offices on a C# MVC Javascript application.
The role will primarily be working on developing the presentation layer of their Greenfield application, utilising .Net C# throughout.
The key technologies required:
C#
ASP.Net MVC
Client side JavaScript frameworks - e.g. Knockout.JS or Angular.JS
Bootstrap
Test Driven Development
WCF / Web services
The following skills aren't essential but are desirable
REST and JSON services
Caching concepts and tools
SOA
Ecommerce experience
CMS Engines - ideally Umbraco
The role has excellent transport links around Manchester, and they would be looking for someone to come in on a 3 to 6 month contract initially, with the option to extend on further if there is still work to be done.
