SEN ManagerA local authority, close to Leeds, requires a Senior SEN Manager to manage and lead an integrated 0-25 SEN Service.
The post-holder will be the LA's Principal Educational Psychologist (PEP) and will lead and manage the Educational Psychology and SEN services so that they make an effective contribution to the work of the Schools and Children and Young Peoples' Directorate in raising attainment, promoting inclusion and ensuring the needs of vulnerable children and young people are met within a framework of inclusive practice.
Overall responsibility for the performance and budgets of the 0-25 SEN Service.
This role with beResponsibile for 25 members of staff across all teams in the service
And be responsibility for ensuring that all members of the SEN Teams have the required high level of expertise, work from a principled and ethical stance, and always present to customers and clients a high level of professionalism.
