Marketing Manager - Digital Environment - Online Product - Budget Management - User Experience - Immediate Start*

Our global broadcasting company is looking for a Marketing Manager, with online experience, to develop the strategy for engaging audiences to sign in or sign up to the online product to hit stretching targets, specifically working with marketing and editorial teams within the business to devise new reasons for audiences to sign in, working with media planning to further promote those experiences and working with product and UX teams to make the experiences the best they can be.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish effective working relationships with key senior stakeholders to drive alignment of Marketing activity across platforms (EG/radio, television, online and mobile) and ensure that the marketing discipline plays a core role in shaping product development and market positioning to drive sign in
  • Working with marketing and editorial colleagues, write concept briefs for acquisition activity, ensuring all marketing, legal, technical and financial specifications are outlined and agreed
  • With a small team, project manage a series of initiatives that will deliver against the plan - ensuring they are delivered on time, and on budget, with clear measurements in place
  • Work closely with Media Engagement to develop campaign media strategies and agree appropriate media channels and press and public relations opportunities

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a digital environment, such as E-commerce
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in a broad range of marketing channels - from eCRM and social, to ATL
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape and how digital products are developed
  • Strong project and budget management skills with a highly analytical approach to critically evaluate ideas and information to improve work practices
  • Delivering within a marketing budget and using resources effectively to successfully balance creative aspirations with limited financial and other resources
