We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator.
Mission :
• The Oracle Database Administrator manages the Oracle server transactional databases and
datawarehouse databases.
• Guarantee their availability and their accessibility .
Description:
Main responsibilities :
• Daily management of the park of databases Oracle in a critical and complex environment.
• Manage all technical aspects of the databases and processes.
• Assist in maintaining and improving database operational efficiency.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data maintenance tasks.
• First and second level of support.
• Problems resolution and treatment of the changes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and
deadlocking issues, replication issues, log issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc.
Scrupulous followed of the rules and the respect for quality and KPI.
Requirements :
• Good level in English is required
• Relevant university degree or equivalent in one of the following subject areas: Computer
Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 2 -3 years IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles,
and practices.
• Min 5 years Oracle experience
• Experience with Oracle 9i,10g,11g,12
• Strong experience in Oracle internal security, security mgt and implementation.
• Strong experience in Oracle Performance & tuning in DWH en transactional environments.
• Backup & recovery models, importing & exporting tools, alerts, auditing, monitoring ,
encryption, designing tables and picking datatypes, scheduling,….
• Familiar with manipulation of huge amount of data's ( Datawarehouse env)
• Knowledge of Oracle: PL/SQL, RMAN, Grid control, Clusterware, RAC , partitioning, … on
unix and windows.
• Knowledge of AIX,DRP,HA,SAN architecture & concepts related to database.
• Unix Knowledge: Unix schell scripting, perl scripting, able to control the unix environment
related to database ( space mgt, performance mgt and troubleshooting,admin,…)
• Experience creating and maintaining an extraction, transformation, and loading process from
source systems or files: Datapump, imp, SQL*Loader ,…
• Familiarity with ITIL process

• On call service .

technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
