My Client who are a leading organisation in their field are currently looking for a Customer Strategy and Stakeholder Manager to join their team.

Role:
* Develop and communicate and implement a Stakeholder Strategy that defines our ambition, approach and how the client wants to be perceived as an organisation
* Identify and develop relationships with non-industry bodies that are not covered elsewhere in the business
* Manage the Customer Complaints process and ensure the business responds and learns from the complaint resolution
* Monitoring customer and stakeholder views and feedback, through the use of surveys and external engagement and supporting the business to develop actions to improve our customers satisfaction

Experience required:
* Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
* Strong communication skills
* Customer Satisfaction data analysis
* Training and developing others
