ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Lecturer of Electrical Installation to be based in Leamington Spa.
This is an on-going contract for a seasonal lecturer, we have options for 5 days a week or 2/3 days a week (Flexible) delivering the City & Guilds Electrotechnical Craft (2365)
Essential Criteria
- Appropriate industry experience (Electrical)
- Training Qualification (PTLLS/AET minimum or similar)
- Experienced delivering in a classroom/Workshop environment
- Ideally have delivered to level 3 electrical programs or similar
Responsibilities;
- Support learners in the classroom and workshop environment with Electrical Installation (2365) studies (at levels 2 and 3) in-line with City & Guilds frameworks
- Gather evidence, assess progress, observe work practices and update learner records
- Deliver in both a classroom and workshop environment
- Provide 1-2-1 learner support when required
- Act as a tutor to learners, providing academic guidance and support.
