Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Mortgages & Unsecured Loans - Banking.
Excellent Day Rate.
My client is a UK-wide provider of financial services, giving award-winning levels of customer service to millions of retail and business customers across the UK. They are looking for an SME within Mortgages and Unsecured Loans to help the business with complex decisions to come in on an initial 6 month rolling contract, with the likelihood of further extensions.
The candidate's main responsibilities with this role include:
- Working within the Design Authority & Quality Assurance framework help the business to make complex Business decisions as part of a large scale redress and remediation programme.
- Effective day to day management of the Design Authority.
- Candidates should have extensive experience within Mortgages and Unsecured Loans within the Financial Services sector and in particular Retail Banking.
- High organised and logical, exceptional attention to detail - you would be required to manage papers presented to and actions coming out of design authority (including accurate recording of discussions taking place) and working with stakeholders to ensure documents meet the desired standard.
