Capability Framework Consultant
Outsource UK are looking for Capability Framework Consultant with experience in Developing a Capability or Behaviour Framework within Financial Services. You will be working with a high profile Financial Services organisation who are looking to offer a 3 month initial contract with possibility to extend.
The Job:
Provide expert consultancy and facilitation to support the design of divisional specific capability frameworks in line with agreed structure and principles.
Key Accountabilities
- Research internal/external best practice and existing frameworks to identify input and fit to Nationwide approach
- Proactive stakeholder/client management - Build relationships across a range of levels, manage stakeholder expectations
- Set up and facilitate workshops to develop engagement amongst the target population and elicit information to support framework design
- Analyse information and draw conclusions
- Draw insight from conclusions and design frameworks
- Deliver content to agreed standard and timescales
- Track and record information (eg version control, feedback, action logs)
- Produce business documents (eg slides, reports, internal communications)
