Oracle HCM Functional Consultant/Project Manager/Technical Lead
This is a truly exciting opportunity with a very large organisation who have a number of Oracle HCM projects ! In particular, a number of projects relate to payroll.
To be considered for this role, you must have acted as a technical lead on previous Oracle HCM projects, ideally with an emphasis on payroll functionality.
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
Configuring Oracle HRMS solutions
A strong practical understanding of Oracle HCM solutions with a significant payroll element
Any knowledge of RTI and auto enrolment with respect to payroll gained from previous projects would be an advantage
Provide project support to project and programme managers
A strong knowledge of Oracle applications and R12)
Previous project management experience of Oracle HCM projects. A Prince 2 certification would be a bonus
A strong knowledge of PL/SQL and/or SQL
