Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.
The Job:
Working as a Senior Business Analyst on a key project, the Senior Business Analyst will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
-Eliciting Requirements
-Requirement management and consultancy
-Requirements traceability
-Process modelling 'AS IS' and 'TO BE'
-Stakeholder management
-Raising risks and issues
-Documenting Assumptions and Dependencies
-Producing quality documentation
-Collaboration across project team, getting everyone to understand requirements
-Planning and estimating
Skills Required:
The successful candidates must have:
-Experience in working on mortgages projects
-Requirements gathering techniques
-Experience of Business Activity Models/Use Cases
-Knowledge of SWOT/Pestle
-Business Process Modelling techniques
-Knowledge of Swim Lanes
-Gap Analysis/Impact Analysis skills
-Extensive Business Analysis experience, ideally in a Financial Services change delivery environment
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Track record of influencing key Stakeholders
-Specific domain knowledge
-Expert knowledge of Analysis tools, methodology and best practice with the ability to apply structured analysis expertise on assigned projects
-End to end project life cycle experience
-Financial Serivces Experience
