My client an internationally present company is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager. This will be a 9 month project in Muttenz (near Basel). The are looking for the following requirements.The main tasks
- Define and initiate the Program Management Plan
- To be the 1:1 liaison with the corresponding person at the CMO in the UK for Flutiform and ensure the successful management of all joint projects
- Document the role in order to facilitate the handover of a well-defined and structured program to the long-term Program Manager (to be appointed)
- Continuous improvement of robust processes and procedures for the supply of raw material and components to maximize the long-term commercial return.
- Build and maintain close relationships with all suppliers and the CMO across the supply chain.
The Requirements
- Knowledge of Program Management processes and techniques is essential and knowledge of Supply Chain a distinct advantage. Excellent knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), planning and organization abilities, and communication skills (verbal and written) are required as well good negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate has a Graduate in Science, Engineering or Supply Chain and minimum 10 years' experience of working in the Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In view of the frequent international contacts an excellent command of English is essential; additional languages (particularly German or French) will be an asset.
