Informatica Powercenter ETL Architect
Fort our prestigious client, we are currently looking for an Informatica Powercenter ETL Architect
Skills:
- 5 years+ working experience in Informatica Powercenter ETL tool. Designing ETL Interfaces into the database.
- 7 years+ of experience in Data Warehouse domain, developing and supporting star schema, DWH ETL processes and PL/SQL
- 2 years+ experience working as a Senior Designer/Technical Architect role
- 3 years+ experience working with the Teradata database (Nice to have)
- Expertise in UNIX, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL
- Working knowledge of Microstrategy reporting tool (nice to have)
Responsibilities include:
- Review ETL & BI technology options within the defined strategic solutions to ensure the right tools are leveraged for the right purpose
- Design data & information architecture (Logical Data Model, Metadata, High Level ETL & Semantic Layer)
- Develop a thorough understanding of and validate/assess business and technical requirements, BI infrastructure, architecture, standards and processes, related to the system
- Collaborate with the client's Enterprise Architecture Group and Architecture Review Board to manage the alignment of the proposed system and platform changes in conformance with the client's architecture, vision, standards and best practices
- Build high level functional and technical design
- Transition technical design to the development team, and support them during the development process
- Provide leadership to the test team
